Why, oh, why does Maths have to be so hard???
In Room 20, each student had to create a movie about goals they hope to achieve in the future. My goals are about self management and Maths. I'm sure you already know how I feel about Maths, If you don't: just read the title. If you want to find out more, just watch my BRILLIANT animation. Enjoy!!!
Vaccination...AHH!!!
I had a Muesli Bar and a packet of...OWWWW!! The needle punctured my arm. While my sob echoed around the hall! I felt pain bolt up and around my arm. The needle was taken out of my arm and all you could hear was a whimper from me.
Chattering away I was hoping the pain would go decrease. On the television in front of me, there was a movie playing it was: The Incredibles. I stopped talking to my friends because the nurse told me to go and get my bandage off.
After the injection I was released, the plaster was off my arm now. I was making my way back to class rubbing my arm. I was hoping that the pain would go away but it was hopeless, the hurt was constant. I wish I would NEVER have to do that ever AGAIN!!

That is when our classes go to a different class to learn about another area of learning with the theme 'Bigger, Better, Faster, Stronger'. In Room 22 the topic was creativity. The activity was we had to create our name in a funky and original way. This is my name in MY funky and original way.

Science Roadshow
The most intriguing display to me was the exhibit named Vanishing leprechauns. It was a puzzle made of 3 pieces. 2 on the top and 1 on the bottom. It fascinated me a lot because, when the puzzle was complete there were 15 leprechauns, BUT when you switched the top 2 puzzle pieces, there turned out to be only 14. It was an illusion when an illusionist drew a picture and cut it out in a clever way.

Fatu Feu'u
In Room 20 we are focusing on art, but 1 artist in particular: Fatu Feu’u. He is a very talented Samoan artist. We had to do a bit of research, before we started on our spectacular sketches. When we were done with research, We had to draw 4 designs inspired by Fatu Feu’u. You will probably see them in the future.
